One day workshop from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm,
week day or weekend, according to demands.

In this theoretical and practical workshop, Amira suggests experimenting simple recipes, easy to prepare and made with beneficial, natural ingredients that bring out balance, harmony and beauty to the skin. We will make skin care products for your face and body for daily use.

A workshop on Native American teachings through the Wheel of Life.

Discovering ourselves through the spokes (rays) of the Medicine Wheel of Life and the four directions.  This exceptional tool of self-knowledge helps us to recognize and use ours gifts and talents to be able to express our full potential, stay aligned with our sacred contract and stand in our truth.

We are going to journey through the four inner directions to learn to walk our path in the way of the heart. Using practical exercises, we will learn to read the signs our body sends us when living different emotions. This week-end workshop allows us to be tuned into ourselves, in the discovery of our inner path.

It will also be a time to find our rhythm as we dance together the 7 direction movement meditation.

It’s an invitation to listen, discover, and most of all celebrate yourself and all form of life.

Cost: $325, meals and accomodation included. Save 30$ by registring prior to June 15th, and a deposit of 100$ not refundable is required to reserve your place.

Amira Proulx, born and raised in Quebec, Canada,  met Twylah Nitsch, a Seneca grandmother from New York who initiated her to the Medicine Wheel, the wisdom, and the Prophecies of the Seneca people. This meeting was a turning point in her life and she has continued to deepen her teachings ever since. In 1996, she published a book entitled ‘Native Teachings Through the Wheel of Life – Sky and Earth in Fusion’. Inspired by the wisdom of the Elders, she then became a teacher and lecturer of the Wheel of Life.
